Living a healthy life can be overwhelming and expensive if you fall for the latest fad diet or purchase the next great diet pill.  Its hard to know if what you put in your body everyday  is hurting you or helping you.  I have wondered these and other questions for many years.  But with the correct info and good practices and tools your health can take a turn for the better. 

Healthy Living can be achieved

Hello, my name is Clint Duke, I have struggled with eating the right thing and taking the right supplements and pills for many years. I will go from diet to pill to starvation to achieve my goal weight and then once there give into cravings and gain it all back.

The latest thing I have been taking is truvision health. It is a good supplement, but its just a part of my daily routine to achieve true health.  About 7 years ago my area of the country was overwhelmed by wildfires and I wanted to help. I went to my local fire station and began volunteering.  I weighed 240 lbs.  I was completely out of shape and always tired.

With a new desire to get fit i worked my butt off and lost over 30 lbs and was in great shape and feeling amazing.  It didnt last, I gained almost all of it back and would catch a new desire to get in shape and lose some. It has been a never ending battle.  I would eat right for a while then get lazy and stop at McDonalds or Taco Bell.

While i have been taking the truvision products my overall health has gotten better, But its not a magic pill that gets rid of all the bad stuff in your diet.  It does help with your appetite and energy which we all need.  Today i can say that i feel great and I avoid Taco Bell like the plague.  Im currently around 208 lbs and holding steady for about 6 months.

We have been told lies about nutrition and health forever

The one example I like to use about health is milk. Milk has been pushed on us for our whole lives. Yes its good but its not good for us.  We are the only species that drinks another species’ milk and that should make us think.  Magnesium not calcium makes bones strong.  Calcium buildup in the body creates kidney stones and gall stones among other things.

Our health should be more important to us than most other things but we are bombarded by drive thru’s and cheap food thats quick and easy.  We all know the good food is more expensive and harder to come by. I have scoured the internet to find ways to help with with meal plans and pills to achieve better health.

With a lot of discipline and the right info and knowledge we can live a healthier life.  I can give my experiences and help with what I have found that works for me.
